Since the beginning of recorded history, sex remains as one of the most deadly weapons in all fronts of life. It has been almost always effective to damage a person if not totally break him/her down. This can happen among any person regardless if he or she is a politician, such as President Bill Clinton and IMF Chief Straus Khan, a sport stars, such as golfer Tiger Woods and basket ball player Cobby Brian, or a company executive such as Mark Hurd from HP, or church priest and deacon. This can also happen in any country regardless if it is democratic such as the United States and the Europe, or non-democratic such as China, if it believes in Christianity or Islam.
In additon to dealing with interpersonal, social and political issues, sex has also often been used in interactions between countries. Those beautiful young women, who although look weak, soft, charming, lovely, and caring can easily assist bring powerful country down that most powerful marshals and millions of solders could not be able to achieve.
Although no one can give a explanation that satisfies everyone, three factors are essential: (1) Human needs sex, power and reputation; (2) Those who are powerful and popular often have stronger desier for sex and are more likely to get sex. However, they are also an open target for competing and attack; and (3) social normsand laws protect human rights with regard to sex. The first two factors are nature-based and the third factor is what we set up as a civilized society. It seemed that to protect the popular people and the victims alike, what we can do most is to revise the game rules.
