Five ways can help you drink more than you usually do but not get drunk.
1. Have plenty of foods before drinking;
2. Drinking water during the course of alcohol drinking;
3. Keep talking while drinking;
4. Drinking while you are happy and healthy; and
5. Think about consequences from extra alcohol.
Alcohol use has a history of thousand years. It is part of our cultue and part of most people’s life. If “correctly” used, alcohol benefits us in many ways. In old times, alcohol was used as a way to relax after a full day hard labor. Drinking wine regularly can reduce the risk for cardiovasicular diseases. Drinking is one of the oldest venue for socialization and it is still fashionable across the globe. However, the worst thing for many drinkers is the worry to get drunk. My advise is science based.
